What Kinds of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods via Shopify's Direct Checkout service, which include Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

Can I Change My Order After It’s Submitted?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are submitted. Please double-check the contents of your cart and the shipping information before submitting your order.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

We ship orders twice per week: Monday & Thursday. We ship using USPS and UPS (2 to 7 business day arrival time following shipment notification, depending on selected shipping method). Unfortunately, we do not offer same day shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship via USPS to many international destinations. There are no tracking numbers available for this service. Any Duty, Tax, or Brokerage fees related to this order is the responsibility of the recipient.  

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges. However, we aim to provide great customer service. If there is something wrong with your order or product, we will try our best to rectify the situation. ALL SALES FINAL.

How Long Will My Products Last?

Our products typically have a shelf life of six months to a year depending on the product and how it is stored after purchase.

What Preservatives Do You Use?

Where necessary (such as in products that contain or will come in contact with water), we utilize a broad-spectrum, paraben-free and non-formaldehyde releasing preservative to inhibit the growth of bacteria, yeast and fungi. Products that include preservatives are: Butter Curls and Creme Brulee (preserved with Liquid Germall Plus).

Are T-Roots Products Safe for Children?

Our products are safe for the entire family, but customers should first conduct a patch test on a small area of skin to make sure there are no reactions. This is especially important for children and adults with sensitive skin.
